The Extra Mile - Exceeding Expectations
The mindset is that being exceptional comes from being different (a category my mom tells me I’ve had decent market share of for years). To truly create something different, you have to act, prioritize, and think differently.
The Loudest Voice in the Room
What I teach, value, and reward is important, but over the last few years (with my own kids in the ensemble with me), I’ve begun to grasp that how I deliver that messagematters as much or maybe more than the content.

The Great Finder of Things

Leadership EEG
In the classroom, we’re talking about ‘EEG’ this week. As I share more, keep in mind that I’m not an excellent speeler ;). I digress…EEG is about engagement and leveling up rehearsal effectiveness.
